Rooted in Birmingham’s influential Bassline scene, A dot R has built a catalogue that connects the raw energy of classic UK Bassline with a modern UK Garage and club sound. His releases include Back Of My T, Make Up Your Mind, Give My Love, Dynamo, Jazzy Jeff and Gun Fingah, alongside collaborations with artists including Jet Ryda, MC Bonez, Trilla, K Dot, MNT and SG. A dot R’s music has appeared on Ministry of Sound’s Sounds of Bassline 2, placing his work within one of the defining compilation series associated with the growth of UK Bassline. Through his independent label, illNotion Records, he continues to release new music while developing artists, collaborations and club-focused projects. Behind the decks, his sets move through UK Bassline, UK Garage and bass-driven dance music, combining recognised catalogue tracks with new releases, unreleased productions and exclusive edits.
