If you cancel: • More than 60 days before departure: full refund, minus a booking fee (5% of the amount, capped at €50 per person). • Between 60 and 30 days: 50% refund. • Less than 30 days: no refund, but the package can be transferred to someone else free of charge up to 7 days before departure.
Tickets issued by partner ticketing platforms follow the organiser's conditions: as a rule they are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except if the event is cancelled. Check the conditions shown before purchase.
If a festival is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, we assist you with the ticket refund request. For packages, refundable services (accommodation, transport) are refunded in full; we negotiate rescheduling of the rest on a best-effort basis.
Cancellation conditions are stated in each quote, as they depend on the providers involved (villas, tables, artists). No money is committed before your written approval of the quote.
Write to hello@lineupatlas.com from your account email address, quoting your booking number. We confirm receipt within 48 business hours and any refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days.
