We only collect the data required to run the service: identity (first and last name), email, encrypted password, booking and request history, preferences (favourites, newsletter). Lineup Atlas never stores card details: payments are processed by Stripe.
Your data is used to: manage your account and bookings (contract performance), answer your concierge requests (contract performance), send the newsletter if you opted in (consent, revocable at any time), and improve the service (legitimate interest).
Account: while active, then 3 years after last activity. Invoices and booking data: 10 years (accounting obligation). Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Your data is never sold. It is shared only with essential providers: Stripe (payments), partner ticketing platforms (Shotgun, Weezevent) to issue your tickets, and our hosting provider. Each is contractually bound to confidentiality.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict and object. Exercise these rights by writing to hello@lineupatlas.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
The site only uses strictly necessary technical cookies (login session, language preference). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
