These terms govern the use of the Lineup Atlas site and the sale of all-inclusive festival packages, member-priced tickets and concierge services. Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms.
Booking requires a free member account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Lineup Atlas may suspend an account in case of fraudulent use.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Member ticket prices come from agreements negotiated with organisers and partner ticketing platforms; they are valid within allocated stock. Payment is made online via Stripe. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Each package states what is included (ticket, accommodation, transport, extras depending on the chosen tier). Anything not listed as included remains at your expense. Lineup Atlas may substitute equivalent accommodation or transport in case of unavailability, at no extra cost.
Tickets are issued by our partner ticketing platforms (Shotgun, Weezevent) and subject to the organiser's conditions. Once issued, the organiser's exchange and resale rules apply.
See our cancellation and refund policy, available in the footer. If an organiser cancels a festival, we assist you with the ticket refund process; cancellable ancillary services are refunded according to each provider's conditions.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. You may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing that, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction.
