Archaos

Archaos has its beginning in early 1993, and was founded by Dan Serbanescu and Radu Nicolescu as a two man artistic act. The early period of the group had as result several demo tapes and the promotion of Archaos as the sole dark ambient - soft gothic wave band of the local scene at that time. The first official Archaos product released in 1997 was called "Vestes Terrae" (BR 07) and was promoted on national and international basis. This album is a compilation with tracks from the demo discography of the group. "Vestes Terrae" was released by the most important national underground label - Bestial Records. In april 1999, a second album was released under the same label. "The Land/Love Obssession" (BR 017) includes two mini LPs dated 1998 & 1999. "Centuries of Obedience", the third album of the group has its beginning in September 1999 and was released in May 2000 at the same label and contains 4 long tracks of deep gothic wave music. "Low Gravity" (2001) consists in 11 tracks of ambient-electronic atmosphere mixed with powerful industrial percussions & darkwave elements. .
