Her stage name is personal, inherited from her paternal grandmother. Few debut albums are remembered with such an impact for a flamenco artist, but it seems that this time, talent and luck have joined hands for this young woman, who is experiencing an absolutely sweet moment, as the following months have only reaffirmed her strong start: her work earned the Critics' Award for Best Breakthrough Cante Album, while topping the charts of major Andalusian music radio stations—reaching number one on Radiolé and Canal Fiesta on several occasions—and leading to a reissue of the album featuring remixed tracks to celebrate this warm reception. This success has also been reinforced by television appearances on La Noche de Quintero and María Jiménez's Bienaventurados, as well as a live recording for Los Conciertos de Radio 3.
