Live or in a DJ set, Arno Gonzalez dusts off dance floors with a breeze of minimal electro tinged with house that loosens the legs and refreshes the mind, producing maxis and remixes on the Timid, Missive, Sidechain, Kitklub, and fine art labels, while stringing together projects like Very Bad Kids alongside Elysse (Nantes). Then begins the contagion towards the East: Germany (The Garden, Prinzip club, Hunderquadrat...), Austria (Rave on snow festival) and Russia (Hsptl club) succumb one after the other, much like his recent performances at Astropolis (Brest), the Nouveau Casino (Paris) or even Le Chabada (Angers). His latest release, "My Link to the past" (Missive 42) was acclaimed by big names such as Laurent Garnier, Funk’d'void, Peter Kruder, Phonogenic, Kiki… For about ten years now, Arno Gonzalez has been one of those who bring a smile to electronic music fans in Angers. With his Modern parties, he has enabled some of the biggest names on the French and European scene to visit the beautiful Angevin city.
