Greenhouse

There are at least 8 bands or artists under the name Greenhouse: 1. greenhouse is an alias of canadian electronic artist Em Essex that was created in 2022 and is under the current halley labs label. They produce IDM/braindance, similar to that of another alias of em, Hyi. 2. Greenhouse is a UK Indie band from the late 80's and early 90's fronted by John Parkes who was most famously employed as a roadie/guitar tech for The Wedding Present in Leeds. They released the album Normless and a handful of singles that all enjoyed airplay from BBC Radio 1's John Peel. 3. GreenHouse is an electronic indie duo formed in 2010 in Denton, Texas. They released their debut album July 18, 2012 on Globe Garage. Their 2nd LP, The Last Shred Of Night, was released August 1st, 2013. 4. Greenhouse was a 9-piece ska band from Chicago, Illinois. They produced several tracks on compilations as well as an album titled Tomorrow the world under Jump Up! Records. They were also on Skarmageddon 3, the third in a series of compilations put out by Moon Ska Records to showcase up and coming ska bands. 5. Greenhouse is also an irish trad band consisting of Magnus Karlsson, Lars Nilsson and Andreas Ralsgård. Their debut album is called Glass Of Beer 6. Greenhouse is also the name of a one-man noise project from Winnipeg, Canada. 7. Illogic & Blueprint have now formed the duo Greenhouse, a new version of the Greenhouse Effect crew. They released two Ep's called Electric Purgatory Pt. 1 & 2. 8. A 90s Geelong band somewhat influenced by the Church (the Australian group not the institution) Rimoured to be releasing new material in 2020. .
