House of Molly

House of Molly is a London-based electronic music duo consisting of producers, vocalists, and DJs Mel and Holly Quin Ankrah aka HQA (2)/Rahh (2) (the band's name is a portmanteau of their first names). Formed in 2022 following a collaborative concept conceived in Ibiza, the duo's music and identity are rooted in themes of Blackness, queerness, glamour, and inclusivity. Prior to forming the project, both members established individual musical careers—Mel working in music production and education, and Holly working as a touring vocalist and topliner. While initially conceived as a short-term project to produce club tracks for DJ sets, the collaboration expanded into a broader creative collective. Operates under a "house" philosophy, the duo frequently collaborates with a network of visual artists, photographers, videographers, and choreographers to construct their identity and live performances.
