Quadratschulz Real Name: Carsten Schulz Profile: A vision of lasers, pulsing neon and gleaming chrome. Arcade game memories. Curls of acid. Electrofunk vocals. Synth wave chic. The styles are juxtaposed. 303 bars throb and strings soar wonderfully warm with autumnal quality. Yet there are colder moments: Future-world funk, electro, vocoders, braindance, bleep bliss! Welcome to a sound journey back to the infamous warehouse parties of the 90s. The Hamburg-based artist started his musical career in the emerging German hip-hop scene of the mid-90s. Today he releases his music on labels like Bordello A Parigi, Shipwrec, Nocta Numerica Records, Housewax/Rawax, mindcolormusic, etc. .
