just like her moniker suggests it, Requin Chagrin (Shark Chagrin in English) depicts contrasted indie pop soundscapes, combining the strength of a ferocious predator with a seaside melancholia. Behind the oxymoron, one can find the mastermind, singer-songwriter, producer and musician Marion Brunetto. Shark Chagrin is the new project of Marion Brunetto, also a drummer for the Guillotines and Alphatra. Author, composer, performer, follower of "Do It Yourself", she revives French pop in 60's surf music style and blackened in lo-fi sauce. When his sunny guitars come to clear up his melancholy secrets, Shark Chagrin then revives our old memories of summer evenings or this sweet nostalgia for the holidays that are ending. A tender, refreshing pop road trip, facing the setting sun. Requin Chagrin est le nouveau projet de Marion Brunetto, également batteuse des Guillotines et d’Alphatra.
