With her crystal-clear sweetness of voice, Solann fascinates, heals and bewitches. Born to an actor father and a jack-of-all-trades artist mother, Solann's unique identity took shape amidst the theater stage. She later grew close to her maternal grandmother, her heroine and confidante, who led her to develop her musical practice. Of Armenian descent, she puts Barbara and Aznavour on a pedestal, alongside the influences of Patrick Watson, Agnes Obel, Billie Eilish and Tamino. Through her music, she brings about a necessary and urgent reconnection to her buried emotions, and to aspects of her personality that she long considered flouted. Solann celebrates the union of capital-letter songwriting and ethereal pop-folk. .
