The Circle
The rules exactly as the site applies them — short, readable, no surprises.
Circle draws are free, with no purchase required. Tickets can only be obtained with Atlas credits, and Atlas credits are earned exclusively through free actions on the site (sharing, referrals, contributions). They cannot be bought, sold, or converted into money.
Registered members aged 18 or over. Some draws are reserved for a loyalty tier, shown on the draw. Site team members do not enter.
Each draw shows its prize, its price in credits (100 by default), its closing date and the ticket cap per member (5 by default). Each ticket counts as one chance; a member can only win once per draw.
At closing, winners are drawn at random among the tickets, using a cryptographic random generator. The draw is timestamped and journaled. Winners are notified by email at their account address and listed on the Circle page by first name and initial.
The prize is as described on the draw (tickets, passes, advantages negotiated with the organizer). It is nominative, non-transferable and cannot be converted into money. If an event is cancelled by its organizer, the site will try to offer an equivalent prize, without obligation.
If a draw is cancelled before closing, all tickets are refunded in Atlas credits, automatically, on each member's journal.
Credits obtained through artificial means (fake accounts, automated clicks) may be removed and the corresponding tickets voided. The credit journal is authoritative.
