Following the success of the Peixes restaurants, Loïs Guenzati is opening a warm venue dedicated to wine and sharing, bringing together over 600 carefully selected references, between grand crus and fine discoveries.
On the food side, chef Pierre Lorenzo signs a seasonal tapas menu, designed around fresh and varied products — cured, farmed, meats — far from the exclusively marine universe of the other two addresses.
The atmosphere, raw and elegant, was designed by Maison Maju, with a graphic touch signed Marion Butet Studio
More than just a wine cellar, it is a lively and gourmet address, designed for drinking, eating, gathering… and partying.
To celebrate its first anniversary, the cellar is inviting Club Sonore to take over the premises for an evening.
