Ariete

Arianna Del Giaccio, known as ARIETE, was born in Anzio (Rome) in 2002. She began playing the guitar at the age of 8 and the piano shortly after, quickly developing a passion for writing and composition. She cultivated an intimate and direct style that would become her signature: "Bedroom Pop". She signed with Bomba Dischi and in 2020 released her debut EP "Spazio", followed in December of the same year by the single "Tatuaggi" with Psicologi (FIMI/GFK platinum) and her second EP "18 anni" (gold), which includes "Mille guerre" (gold). In 2021 came her breakthrough with the triple-platinum "L'ultima notte", written for the soundtrack of the Netflix series "Summertime" and also chosen for a Cornetto Algida commercial, while "Pillole" went platinum and her collaboration with Rkomi on "Diecimilavoci" added another FIMI platinum record to her achievements. On February 25, 2022, she released her first album "Specchio" (gold), featuring Franco126 and Madame, which amassed 1 million streams in its first 24 hours. In September 2023, she released her second album "La notte", preceded by the single "Rumore", an eleven-track record marking a return to her bedroom pop roots. The accompanying arena tour made her the youngest female Italian artist to perform in those venues. In 2024, she presented "Ossa rotte" at the Primo Maggio Concert and took the "La notte d'estate" tour to seven Italian cities during the summer. In 2026, she is preparing to return to the live stage with a club tour scheduled for the autumn.
