If you were a bird, even a very small one, would you fly over cities, countrysides, and monuments to come to him?
2 years after his sold-out (completely sold out) concert at L'Echonova, we are inviting Bertrand Belin to a more spacious venue, sized to match the love you have for him, on the occasion of his new tour accompanying his latest album Watt.
Bertrand Belin is first and foremost a voice. Deep and slow, soft and haunting. A voice that refuses grand effects and rises to insinuate itself into you slowly and lastingly. They are also words that he uses like precious possessions, always seeking to give them as much depth and resonance as possible. Music that oscillates with elegance between folk and rock. This voice, these words, and this music form his entire singularity. Between his acclaimed and enthusiastic albums, Bertrand Belin writes books, composes music for cinema or theater, and also treads the boards himself, not to mention his successful and unmissable collaborations with the duo The Limiñanas (Dimanche, J’adore le monde) or Laurent Bardainne and Tigre d'eau douce (Oiseau). Bertrand Belin is a profile, a perspective, a singular presence in French chanson and all the arts he takes pleasure in exploring.
LOUÏSE PAPIER Led by Blanche Leblond, Louïse Papier is a Rennes-based synth-pop project with a singular universe, blending poetic writing, Baroque minimalist textures, and vintage influences. She transports us into an anthology of haunting melodies; sometimes in French, sometimes in English, she distills her lyrics within a oneiric and confidential melancholy. Louïse Papier is a complete artist, liberated from any pre-packaged mold. Her narratives are wrapped in double meanings. Bordered by vintage organs and synthesizers, we find a bittersweet atmosphere within inclusive dream pop. Accompanied live by her 2 musicians, the influences oscillate between Blond Redhead, John Maus, and François De Roubaix. Following the EP “Les idées roses” released in 2022, her debut album “C’est la fin” was released on So Fresh So Clean Records in April 2025. Louïse Papier asserts herself with her second album “La Maison Hantée” scheduled for March 2027 on Le Cèpe Records.
