Postmodern power-duo BIG TROUSERS bring a unique brand of volume, energy and eccentricity to UK and international stages. The band draw from progressive rock and post-punk to construct their spoken-word, experimental sound. Sharing stages like the Windmill Brixton with bands such as Man/Woman/Chainsaw and Heavy Lungs since their formation in 2023, the two-piece continue to push their sound with unapologetic oddity, navigating meme culture, social satire and existential dread.

With their sophomore EP, “WHAT WE TALK ABOUT WHEN WE TALK ABOUT THE INTERNET”, the duo offer a surreal window into online relationships. It features the band’s signature absurdist lyrics and acrobatic guitar playing, and scrambles its way through a stacked lineup of zany narrators and even zanier riffs.
