Carla de Coignac - Café de la Danse

After several sold-out dates in the new venue “Le Solo”, Carla de Coignac is preparing her next Parisian date at the Café de la Danse.

Singer-songwriter, Carla de Coignac writes authentic songs in French, where every word strives to hit the mark. Writing very early on became a refuge: marked by the loss of her mother in her teens, she has built an intimate body of work, shaped by themes of grief, love, and reconstruction.

Revealed to the general public during her participation in Nouvelle Star, she initially chose to stay in the shadows by writing for others, notably Louane and Mika. It is on social media that she later asserted her singularity, with a concept of song rewrites followed by several hundred thousand people. Her moving French version of “Another Love” became the track “Peur de l’amour”, accumulating over 3 million streams and millions of views.

In 2025, she released her debut EP “Confession”, the musical extension of deeply personal writing work. Several tracks were covered on the show Star Academy, confirming her growing resonance with the public.

On stage as in her lyrics, Carla de Coignac explores with raw honesty the contradictions of the heart: loving, doubting, breaking, rising again. A visceral writing style, carried by a voice that turns fragility into strength.
