For over 15 years, Béatrice Martin, under her alias Cœur de pirate, has been a staple of French-language pop music and a comforting companion for broken hearts. With a stellar career, she captivates just as much as she surprises—time and time again. Featuring an intimate, sharp voice wrapped in an enigmatic veil, the singer-songwriter crafts her tracks with the precision of a jeweler, moving effortlessly from subtle piano ballads to disco flights. Having released half a dozen celebrated albums performed before packed venues in Quebec, France, and the United States, she has also served since 2021 as president and artistic director of the record label Bravo musique et talents.
