Dumbo Gets Mad

**Dumbo Gets Mad** is the psychedelic pop project of Italian producer Luca Bergomi, active since 2011. Its universe stems from a clear idea: to mix styles, languages, and references without prejudice to create something original, playful, and a bit disconcerting.

He debuted with Elephants at the Door, which caught the attention of media outlets like *Pitchfork* and *NPR*, and since then he has mutated with each record: from the freest psychedelia of *Quantum Leap* to the elegant minimalism of *Thank You Neil* or the more expansive approach of *Things Are Random And Time Is Speeding Up*. In 2021, he collaborated with Marracash and consolidated his profile as a producer.

With over 100 concerts under his belt and appearances at festivals such as SXSW, Levitation, and Manchester Psych Fest, Dumbo Gets Mad has built a very meticulous live show, where sound and visuals go hand in hand. In 2025, he begins a new chapter with Carosello Records and previews his fifth album, a work that observes the world from the outside and brings together everything experienced over these years.
