The day before, you'll have seen him on stage. The next day, join JoeyStarr for a drink and a brazier.
Saturday, September 19th, Austra Rocks offers a completely unprecedented event: GRILL & JUICE, an exceptional aperitif with JOEYSTARR, centered around his Carnival Sun Juice rum.
Starting at 6 PM, we take over the rooftop for several hours of tasting, rum cocktails, brazier, food, and Hip-Hop, Afro & Caribbean DJ sets.
🔥 At the brazier, discover a selection of marinated meats cooked especially for the occasion, with recipes crafted around Carnival Sun Juice.
🥃 At the bar, dive into the brand's universe with cocktails and rum tasting, in the presence of JoeyStarr and his team.
🎧 And because an aperitif with JoeyStarr couldn't happen without music: Hip-Hop, Afro, Reggae, Dancehall, and Caribbean sounds will accompany the sunset before extending the evening until midnight.
All in a deliberately friendly and intimate atmosphere, far from the concert format of the previous day: here, we eat, drink, listen to good music, and share the moment.
