Thank You For Almost Everything is the second album by Headache, a collaborative project between writer and poet Francis Hornsby Clark and music producer Joseph Thornalley, aka Vegyn. This new album follows the unexpected underground success of their debut record, The Head Hurts But The Heart Knows The Truth (released May 31, 2023), issued on Vegyn's PLZ Make It Ruins label. Thank You For Almost Everything extends the singular aesthetic of the first album, blending trip-hop and downtempo electronica while incorporating its distinctive spoken-word style, delivered by an AI-generated voice—a signature now widely imitated. For this new opus, Headache moves away from British monotony and turns its gaze toward sunnier horizons. The album evokes personal memories of messy hair and school canteens, old un-solved Albion mysteries, Rome's changing seasons and poignant graffiti, arguments with girlfriends in luxury hotel seaside restaurants, and what it truly means to be alive in this world that is both unfathomable and magnificent.
