HOTLINE: Spicy Sunday at Plantation 🌶️
A day where food, agriculture, and music meet: culinary pop-up, urban farm tour, and an immersive tasting of over a dozen varieties of chili peppers grown by Big Bloom. A day to eat, discover, share, and dance!

Culinary pop-up created by HOTLINE and chef Zuri Camille de Souza. Spicy plates between €7 and €15, chili cocktails (with or without alcohol).
👩🍳 The chef: Zuri Camille de Souza
Born in Goa, now based in Marseille, Zuri champions an enlightened and political cuisine, at the crossroads of multiple culinary heritages. First chef in residence at Villa Medici (2022), author of the book "Là où le riz sent les fleurs de manguier" (Ulmer, 2024), named among the "100 Women of Culture" in 2025. For this day, she and HOTLINE have imagined a pop-up where chili is at the heart of the plate.
