ENDLESS is back!

After turning La Citadelle upside down by inviting the famous Black Lips, ENDLESS returns this Saturday, September 26 for its second edition and has the immense pleasure of inviting:

✹ ICONIC FUGUES (with A. Savage from Parquet Courts) | USA

A key figure in the indie rock scene, A. Savage is the co-founder and co-vocalist of Parquet Courts, a cult band formed in 2010 in New York, known for their albums Light Up Gold, Human Performance, and Wide Awake!. A. Savage also pursues a solo career under his own name and is recognized as a painter, having created all of Parquet Courts' album artwork. Now based in Marseille, he will take the stage for the very first time with his new band, Iconic Fugues, ahead of a new album to be released soon. The line-up notably features Dylan Hadley on drums, who also plays with White Fence, Sharpie Smile, and Brilliant Gun. Additionally, A. Savage designed the poster for this edition of ENDLESS!

✹ HOLY WAVE (psyche rock, shoegaze) | USA

Originally from El Paso, Texas, Holy Wave has been evolving for seventeen years in a luminous psychedelia, floating between dream pop and soaring instrumentation. The quartet, formed by childhood friends Ryan Fuson, Joey Cook, Kyle Hager, and Julian Ruiz, forged its path in the DIY scene, developing an increasingly rich and color-saturated sound. The band has just released their 6th album, i'm DADA, via Suicide Squeeze Records. A more direct and incisive opus, recorded in Ensenada, Mexico, alongside the duo Lorelle Meets the Obsolete.

✹ HANTAYO (psyche rock) | Marseille

Born in the Vallée des Merveilles, Hantayo defines itself as a tribe without a flag or a nation. Its instrumental and electronic music draws from the brutal roots of psychedelic rock, the hypnotic movement of electronics, and the ancestral trances of African and American music to offer a resolutely different experience. The concert is experienced as a ceremony, guided by a voice dialoguing with invisible spirits at the heart of a jungle of groove and screaming machines. Hantayo is a nocturnal rallying cry, calling for the liberation of bodies and minds.
