La Dame du Mont / Jack de Marseille

Pioneer of electronic music, Jack De Marseille contributed to the emergence of the French electronic scene both as a DJ, producer, and head of the Wicked Music label.

Since the late 80s, he has performed in legendary clubs such as the Rex, Berghain, Tresor, Fabric, Space, Amnesia (Ibiza), revered festivals like Astropolis or Nuits Sonores, Awakenings, Timewarp, Yingyang (Great Wall of China), he co-organized the "Atomix", incandescent rave parties, and he was even the first DJ to participate in Daft Punk's first tour. Open to various backgrounds, he provides music for fashion shows dedicated to Paco Rabanne, Castelbajac, or Jean-Paul Gaultier and features on the soundtrack of the stage version of Trainspotting. The success of his sets earned him being voted best French DJ by electronic music and culture magazines Coda and Trax. In 2000, he entered the International DJ Top 100 (24th), according to Max magazine's ranking.
