Welcome to LA RONDE; where every entry, blurring the line between Spoken Word & R&B, shifts the center.

ーーー Everyone brings their own contribution: male and female musicians, female and male poets, female and male singers, right down to you, the participating audience.

The idea: individuality does not detract from the circle; it nourishes it, because humanity comes before performance. Everyone arrives with their own identity, voice, and color to blend them with the others.

Everything is built in full musical improvisation. A choir, anaphora woven across multiple voices, or a lyric opening into a melodic line can inspire a new entry.

Here, you can enter the circle and take part in what is being created; everyone finds their place.

In LA RONDE, the center is everywhere.

BOEUF SANS VIANDE has been organizing acoustic jazz & spoken word performances since 2024.
