Le Chant des Oiseaux and Audrey, the owner of this very special place, are opening their doors to us from 10 am to 4 pm for a day dedicated to well-being, discovery, pleasure, and connection.

With Audrey and Julia, we share the same desire: to take care of women, and especially new mothers.

Those going through major changes. Those whose daily lives have shifted. Those who give so much and who sometimes simply need to be taken care of.

A break to catch your breath. To reconnect with yourself. To feel, share, laugh, discover… and let go.

We designed this space especially for them. 🤍

🧘‍♀️ Vinyasa Yoga with Julia A moment to return to the body, breathe, move, and recenter.

🧊 Ice Bath session with Eva An experience to deeply reconnect with oneself, let emotions flow, feel fully, and allow yourself to feel alive.

🥐 Brunch by Les Paniers d’Eugénie A gourmet moment to share together.

📸 Photo shoot with Charlotte, sports journalist To keep a record of this day and leave with a wonderful memory. Your favorite photo will be gifted to you, with the option to purchase additional pictures if you wish.

💦 Pool access Because we also want to give you time to do nothing at all… Chill, enjoy the venue, chat, and simply be together.
