Lucky, the brainchild of Chelsea Knight, burst onto the scene in a flurry of fuzzy

guitars and captivating storytelling. Growing up in the rural town of Staghorn

Flat, Australia, Knight began writing music whist working at her family’s sign

shop. Blending the raw energy of alternative rock, with the dreamy haze of

modern indie, her music captures the nuances of life's everyday moments and

dives deep, putting you right at the centre of her world.

Knight’s 12 month debut was very compelling, seeing high rotation adds on

Australia’s tastemaker station triple j, opening for USA 90’s icons Garbage

across the nation, receiving multiple additions to Spotify’s coveted Fresh Finds

Global playlist, among a laundry list of others, winning the triple j slot at Beyond

The Valley Festival, hitting viral status three separate times on Shazam,

showcases in Austin, Texas at SXSW, and an inclusion on NME’s Global 100

emerging acts to keep a close eye on — crushing her Australia debut and

building impressive global momentum. The rest of 2026 will see her drop her

debut EP April 10, and head out on her first Australian headline tour.
