The story
From her southern rock band at age 16 to Parisian studios, where she wrote and composed for Celine Dion, Maëlle, or The Avener for several years, music has been Manon Lisa's entire life.
One morning in April 2025, she set out to rewrite Youssoupha's song 'Dieu est grande'. He speaks to his daughter; she chooses to speak to her son. How do you raise a little boy in 2025? How do you make him understand that his sensitivity matters, that all women count on him?
She posted the video without overthinking it. The views racked up, and Youssoupha himself praised the lyrics. Thus, throughout the year, Manon Lisa rewrote iconic songs with a feminist and engaged perspective: harassment, fascism, ecology, grief... Her community reached 750,000 followers.
Among these texts, 'Le Petit Pêcheur' was released on February 11, 2026, and struck a particular chord: an ode to idleness, gaining 50 million views in just a few months.
The public response was immediate, heralding a future full of songs, concerts, and encounters. See you for a first headline date at Les Étoiles in Paris on November 10, 2026.
