Monokate + Guest

This project unveils another facet of Kateryna's musical identity. While Go_A is known for its ethno-electronic sounds, Monokate offers an alternative indie pop with trip-hop accents that is more intimate, emotional, and cinematic.

Her debut album, "Half of Me," has already won over audiences not only in Ukraine but far beyond its borders; it was performed live for the first time at ESNS (Eurosonic Noorderslag),

considered one of Europe's most important music discovery festivals

and held annually in Groningen, the Netherlands.

Monokate performed there accompanied by Belgian musicians from the band Slow Pilot.

This release also received a favorable reception from music critics and won

the "New Sound" award at the "Zolota Zorya Lirum" ceremony.

While in its studio version this music draws us into the depths thanks to its trip-hop aesthetics

and daring intimacy, on stage—backed by a full band—it transforms into a mix of post-rock,

shoegaze, and experimental sounds, highlighting the raw emotion

of an artist accustomed to giving her all in front of the audience.
