**NAPA**

It was in a basement on the island of Madeira that four friends - now five - began to forge closer bonds through music. NAPA’s sound was forged halfway between the energy of the Arctic Monkeys and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, the melodic sensitivity of the Beatles, and the poetic intimacy of Caetano Veloso and Tom Jobim. YouTube unexpectedly broadened the reach of their songs, winning over listeners both on the island and beyond. They swapped English for their mother tongue, and their grandmother's basement for a recording studio.

In 2019, they recorded their 1st album, Senso Comum. Its catchy melodies and raw, melancholic spirit gradually won over the hearts of Portuguese music lovers.

In 2023, the band released their 2nd album, Logo Se Vê. The group's romantic pop lineage is still present on the album, but their desire to explore new rhythms and musical textures is undeniable.

In 2024, the band embarked on their first national tour, playing dozens of sold-out shows. nThe following year, the band presented their hit single "Deslocado" at the Festival da Canção. They emerged victorious and represented Portugal at Eurovision 2025. Since then, the track has been certified quadruple platinum in Portugal and gold in Brazil, and was nominated in the "Best Song" category at the SIC Golden Globes. In November, they played their first international headline concerts in London, Madrid, and Dublin.
