PEUF!

The band PEUF! was born from the meeting of three Parisian musicians: Louis Prado, Martin Ferreyros, and Tao Ehrlich. Formed in 2021 during a residency at La Gare, the trio has been developing its instrumental universe, blending progressive rock, alternative pop, and trance music influences. This is where a passionate audience began to build, drawn in by the immersive experience of their live shows.

All three are professional musicians active on the contemporary, rock, and jazz music scenes. Between collaborations with renowned artists and personal projects, they come together in PEUF! out of the sheer joy of playing as a group and a shared aesthetic vision. From this gathering of friends emerges music with explosive energy, like a flash of adolescence sweeping listeners into its hypnotic labyrinths. Amid cutting grooves, dreamlike atmospheres, and epic soaring moments, guitar, double bass, and drums forge a magnetic universe—a vibrant and immersive sonic matter reminiscent of the driving rhythms of LCD Soundsystem, the protean expressiveness of Nilüfer Yanya, and the dreamlike mazes of Mount Kimbie.

PEUF! explores the fusion of progressive rock, alternative pop, and trance music, creating a simultaneously hypnotic and cathartic experience driven by a resolutely instrumental approach. Each track plunges us back into the explosive energy of youth, carries us into a space of escape, and makes us vibrate in a trance where music, freed from words, becomes pure emotion and movement.
