The story
It is with a certain sense of flamboyance that 24-year-old singer-songwriter Pierre de Maere has made a dazzling entrance into French-language pop. In just a few months, he has infused his taste for panache, blending feverish romance, biting irony and a keen sense of performance.
Male Revelation at the 2023 Victoires de la Musique, driven by a platinum-certified debut album, Regarde-moi, Pierre de Maere captivates without ever taking himself too seriously—establishing himself with disconcerting ease and freedom. He will be back on stage in 2026-27 for a nationwide tour across France that will also stop in Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg.
