The story
Zürich-based Pina Palau music could be described as crush and heartbreak meet dry humour, vulnerability meets warmth.Always from the perspective of a musician who’s quietly exploring the human mind. Live, her band offer pedal-steel romance, western-style guitar picking and fuzz-Telecaster flares, Hear it and you’ll understand why Pina is sometimes called the “Swiss sister of Adrienne Lenker”.
The new album ‘You Better Get Used To It’ has seen high praise in BBC Radio 6, Radio X and saw her play at Bristol’s Ritual Union Festival.
