Originally from Manchester, Pip Millett developed her love for music at a very young age. From primary school onwards, she would listen to Bobby Womack or Lauryn Hill on repeat on her iPod Nano. She was discovered at barely 20 years old for her soulful voice and ethereal productions. Her debut single "Make Me Cry" was released in 2018, followed by a superb cover of the classic "Try a Little Tenderness", made famous by one of her heroes, Otis Redding. The young singer is now releasing her debut album, When Everything is Better, I’ll Let You Know, in which she opens up with disarming sincerity on sensitive subjects such as mental health and social inequalities.
