PJ Morton, accompanied by his band, is coming to Cabaret Sauvage on October 21!

Singer-songwriter, performer, and producer originally from New Orleans, PJ Morton is a six-time GRAMMY Award winner and has been nominated no less than twenty-two times for the ceremony! Not to mention his numerous nominations at the BET Awards, Soul Train Awards, and NAACP Image Awards, nor his sold-out concerts in iconic venues such as the Apollo Theater, the Kennedy Center, and many others worldwide... Alongside running his own label, Morton Records, and his career as lead keyboardist for Maroon 5 for over twelve years, he has collaborated with Stevie Wonder, Erykah Badu, Jon Batiste, Nas, Lil Wayne, JoJo, Yebba, and Jill Scott, to name just a few.

In 2024, PJ Morton wrote the original song for a Disney attraction: Tiana’s Bayou Adventure (Disneyland and Disney World) and, most importantly, produced the album Cape Town to Cairo, entirely written, recorded, and produced during a thirty-day trip across Africa. He also published a new book, Saturday Night, Sunday Morning, with Worthy Publishing. In this memoir, he reflects on a pioneering journey that continues to defy expectations and explore the tensions between music and faith, race and culture, expression and identity. On June 19, 2026, he will release his brand new double album "Saturday Night, Sunday Morning", the pinnacle of what defines and drives him: Gospel & R&B/Soul!
