“Sam Ghezzi - singer, tenor saxophone blower and harmonica sucker - presents to you a blues band under his own name with Paris and Amsterdam-based musicians such as Martin Burguez on guitar, Cesar Puente on double bass and Joe Korach on drums. The band revives a specific style of blues called “Chicago Blues”, an electric style that was played by musicians at rent parties and in the streets of Chicago Illinois in the 50’s, and “Jump Blues”, an up-tempo and swinging style with many influences from the jazz of the 40’s.”
