SAMI GALBI + AZIZ KONKRITE

Multi-instrumentalist and producer Sami Galbi bursts out of the Lausanne underground scene, drawing from his parallel musical universes to create a unique sound. He embraces North African raï and chaâbi, fusing them with the electronic rhythms and textures that marked his childhood. His influences include American hip-hop, UK bass, house, and Afro-Caribbean and dance music. Live, analog machines, raw synthesizers, and electric guitar drive a performance with punk energy.

In the second part, Aziz Konkrite, a child of hip-hop and DIY culture, will take us on a timeless musical journey blending Chaâbi, Aïta, Raggada, Amarg, and Gnaoua traditions with futuristic electro sounds, reinvented and tailored to set dancefloors ablaze!

This concert is part of the Festival Villes des Musiques du Monde and the 2026 Mediterranean Season supported by the French Institute.
