As part of the Pianissimo Festival, saxophonist and composer Samy Thiébault offers us an exclusive performance, for this night only, revisiting his famous repertoire "In Waves" with the unclassifiable pianist Léonardo Montana. Backed by a strong and deep complicity forged over numerous tours and albums, these two musicians share a creative and generous vision of Jazz, always open to the "Global Village" and on the cutting edge of constant and demanding creation. Tonight, the duo will also be enriched by the exploration of Samy Thiébault's Creole trilogy albums (Caribbean Stories, Symphonic Tales, and Awé), as well as a fresh take on jazz standards dear to both musicians.
