STEAM DOWN PRESENTS: THE SOUNDS OF THE DIASPORA with ADIBA, NANDI +
Join **Steam Down** for a special summer evening of live music at Round The Dock on Friday 14th August 2026. As the sun sets over London, three of our favourite artists take to the festival's floating outdoor stage opposite Corner Corner, each presenting a unique live performance rooted in the sounds of the diaspora.
**Adiba** is a Nigerian British Artist, DJ and producer whose sound draws from Afrobeats, soul and jazz, with live instrumentation at the centre. Born in Lagos and based in London, her music explores themes of affirmation, desire, joy and community through her lens of living between cultures.
**Plumm** is a South London-based vocalist, composer, multi-instrumentalist and bandleader with a Welsh core, crafting a sound that blends trip-hop, alternative electronica and the UK’s jazz underground. Inspired by Cocteau Twins, Massive Attack and Björk, her music fuses ethereal vocals, improvisation and electronic textures. Named Jamz Supernova’s “After Dark Discovery” and a Clash “One to Watch”, she also collaborates with Levitation Orchestra, NYX, Marysia Osu and more.
**Nandi** is a Zimbabwean-born singer, songwriter, and performer with extensive experience across jazz, R&B, soul, and contemporary popular music. She co-wrote and featured on 2fox’s single “Mi Casa”, which has achieved over 20 million streams, marking her as one of the UK’s most soulful and dynamic voices.
