Seth Gueko, whose real name is Nicolas Salvadori, born October 27, 1980, in Pontoise, is a French rapper. A true Gyro Gearloose of language and expressions, Seth Gueko—much like Alex the Droug, the tragic hero of Stanley Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange—skillfully blends crook slang, louchebem (butchers' slang), verlan, and traveler Romani. With a cheeky, swaggering Parisian titi style reminiscent of Michel Audiard, his universe is overflowing with pop culture references.

Starting with his stage name, inspired by the character Seth Gecko in Robert Rodriguez's From Dusk Till Dawn. Over the years, Le Gueko has managed to reinvent himself and shape a unique persona, drawing from the universes of Emir Kusturica, Jack Nicholson, vampire and zombie films, or his friend JoeyStarr. Not to mention the influence of Von Dutch-style Kustom Kulture, with Harleys and high-powered hot rods. Add to that the mythology of tattooing, a slightly macho touch of X, plenty of barlous, and a healthy dose of destruction...
