The story
Sheldon and Peet at Interference: two worlds that resonate with each other without being alike, brought together for a single evening.
______________
A founding member of the 75e Session collective, Sheldon is also one of its emblematic artists. A guitarist since childhood, he grew up immersed in jazz, reggae, and rock. It was in his teens that he discovered rap and decided to make it his main means of artistic expression, blending his influences with love and precision.
As a composer and multi-instrumentalist, his many roles have allowed him to create an original universe at the heart of his collective's creative volcano. Sheldon approaches each project holistically, working just as much on writing as on composition and production. Across six EPs and three albums—Lune Noire (2019), Spectre (2021), and Îlot (2023)—Sheldon has developed a writing style that is both well-read and personal, weaving a thread between a melancholic reality and dreams inhabited by the fantastic, rich in metaphors and imagery.
______________
Peet is a leading figure in the new Belgian scene and is gradually conquering France! Lyricist, singer, and beatmaker, he first made a name for himself within the group Le 77 before going solo. His writing is unique, poetic, sensitive, and authentic. He draws inspiration from personal stories that an entire generation can relate to, urban mishaps, and life experiences.
Project after project, he remains within the realm of urban music, yet he has refined a style nourished by highly diverse influences and found his balance. With his album "Joyboy" (released February 27, 2026), he returns to his love for instruments, delivering an even more personal, organic album driven by an increasingly assertive musical sensibility. It features warm, jazzy tones tinged with soul and funk, as well as a more pop and luminous aesthetic than before, thanks also to the talented musicians who have accompanied him for years.
Through these new tracks, Peet questions his doubts, explores his ties with loved ones, invites us on a journey, addresses the ups and downs of his life as an artist, and speaks of resilience. With total sincerity, his gaze turned toward the sky.
