AEG and Le Hasard Ludique present… The Scratch in an exceptional live concert on December 1, 2026!

The Scratch haven’t been resting on their laurels lately: tours with Dropkick Murphys and Dermot Kennedy, a new album “Pull Like A Dog” and a track featured in the series “House Of Guinness”. Still going strong, the overflowing-with-energy folk-metal quartet will perform live at Le Hasard Ludique in Paris on December 1, with DUG supporting.

For the Dublin quartet The Scratch, this phrase has come to symbolize the collective mindset behind the creation of their album “Pull Like A Dog”, released this March 6, 2026 via Sony Music Ireland. “It’s just another way of saying ‘just go for it’ and see what happens,” explains Daniel “Lango” Lang (cajon, percussion, lead vocals). “It’s a motivating phrase we needed at that time to inject a bit of enthusiasm into us.” The band’s third album, Pull Like A Dog, is an evolution of the acoustic/electric, folk/metal fusion they initiated on Mind Yourself, resulting in the band’s most accomplished and energetic album to date. “As a band, it feels like we’re getting a fresh start,” explains Conor (guitar, backing vocals). “I think the changes we faced gave us plenty of room to evolve, perhaps into roles we thought were beyond our reach before. Open-mindedness, perseverance and positivity: this album embodies all of that.”
