**THE VEILS**

Following the critically acclaimed release of Asphodels in 2025, The Veils return with a bold and reinvigorated new album, Fragile World, out June 19th via V2 Records.

Arriving a little over a year after their previous record, Fragile World marks a striking shift in tone and energy for the band.

The album’s title reflects both the present moment—an era where many institutions seem to be collapsing before our eyes—and serves as a metaphor for the very act of creation. The musical composition process, Andrews explains, is a delicate and fragile endeavor, where thousands of small decisions ultimately come together to form a completed whole.

The Veils have toured constantly throughout their career spanning over twenty years, building a solid reputation as one of the greatest live bands in the world. Alongside a fruitful collaboration with El-P from the group Run the Jewels for the album Total Depravity (2016), their music has also been praised by directors Paolo Sorrentino, Tim Burton, and David Lynch, who have featured it in their soundtracks.

The Veils made their grand return to the stage in 2023/24 with sold-out shows in Europe, North America, and Australasia between 2023 and 2025. The band will embark on a more sustained tour in 2026 to support the release of Fragile World.
