Live concert inspired by Ennio Morricone's western music
Les PRESQUE ÇA is a band of musicians based around Aix-en-Provence offering an original concert blending live music and the projection of excerpts from so-called "spaghetti" westerns.
Through a free, electric, and energetic reinterpretation of Ennio Morricone's iconic music, the band pays tribute to the golden age of Italian westerns from the late 1960s and early 1970s. The repertoire relies notably on the soundtracks of "For a Few Dollars More", "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly", "Once Upon a Time in the West", "Duck, You Sucker!" and "My Name Is Nobody".
The band members—three guitarists, a bassist, a drummer, and a projectionist—deliver a one-hour concert accessible to all audiences.
The music, leaning towards rock, dialogues with the projected images: original film excerpts, synchronized with the live performance, create an immediate visual and auditory immersion for the audience.
Conceived as a friendly and unifying moment, the concert by "Les Presque Ça" appeals as much to live music lovers as to cinephiles.
C302: Class'Eurock Winners C302 is a punk fusion band hailing from Martigues. They currently evolve by playing concerts in the south of France, from Aix to Nice.
