For one night, Les Halles de la Transition transforms into a space for dance, music, and encounters centered around forró, the popular dance from Brazil where you discover yourself as much as you dance.
Featuring an accessible introductory workshop for all, open practice, a discussion panel on the role of women in forró, and a radiant DJ set, Transição Forró offers a sensitive and festive immersion into a culture where human connection is at the core.
No need to know how to dance: here, people mainly come to share a moment, learn a few steps, chat over a drink… and naturally end up on the dancefloor.
