Villa Fantôme

🎤 Manu and Pierrot, drummer and singer, founders in 1993 of La Ruda Salska, created Villa Fantôme in 2020 as a tribute to The Specials' "Ghost Town".

Still faithful to their early vinyl records, they set aside the furious energy of La Ruda's punk and alternative rock for other cross-Channel codes, the soundtrack of an 80s youth where, near the pinball machine and Space Invaders, you could also hear The Selecter, Madness, The Cure, The Police, Joy Division, and many others...

Accompanied by 4 seasoned musicians, they set out to salute these bands whose posters hung alongside La Mano's in the rehearsal room...

🔥 Opening the show is Mauvaise Pioche, the solo project of Antho (bassist for Guerilla Poubelle), kicking things off with raw, melodic, and straightforward punk rock. Between guitars, synths, and catchy choruses, he delivers a set that is as intimate as it is energetic.
