This is a Whacking battle dedicated to beginners in this discipline.

In a few words: Whacking, originally called Punking, is a queer dance born in Los Angeles in the 1970s. It was practiced in L.A. gay clubs where posing, interpretation, expression, dance, and "strike with force" became one to Disco music.

Today, Whacking is on the rise. You can find it in movies, theaters, opera houses, music videos, and even at the Olympic Games opening ceremony. Why not come and discover it at its source? In a club?
