Fronted by Joseph Scarisbrick, singer of the mighty The Orchestra (For Now), Big Red started life as a bunch of songs that weren’t quite right for the band. Now it’s sort of the “solo-ish” vehicle for Joseph, a classic set up of guitar, bass and drums delivering songs that rattle with the grit of deconstructed Americana.
