The story
cryer mya create a dreamy, indie psyche/folk blend, drawing together influences such as Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Nick Drake, and Andy Shauf.
Their emotionally charged songwriting traverses worlds of melancholy and catharsis, with singer Rishi’s vocal tone often being noted as Jeff Buckley-esque.
They are quickly gaining supporters off the back of their debut EP, ‘The Matter in the Water’ which saw the band featured on playlists such as Fresh Finds on Spotify, as well as BBC Introducing.
